Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FitLife mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by ALQARAR SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using FitLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FitLife. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
2. Not Medical Advice
FitLife provides general fitness and wellness information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All workouts, meal plans, tracking features, and AI-generated suggestions (including AI coach responses) are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell or experience pain.
Assumption of risk: Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with performing any workout, movement, or activity suggested by the app, including AR/camera-guided training and live classes.
3. Your Account & Data
FitLife identifies your installation with a device-generated ID rather than a traditional account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you enter. Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can delete your data at any time from within the app or via our Data Deletion page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Post, upload, or share content that is objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful in social features (Activity Feed, Circle, live class chat, Arena)
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including automated scraping, spam, or manipulation of scores, leaderboards, or rewards
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report content or block users directly in the app; reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the app (posts, photos, messages). By sharing content through social features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
6. Referral & Rewards Program
FitLife may offer referral or reward programs. Rewards are subject to verification and anti-fraud review, and claims are reviewed manually before any payout. Self-referrals, fake installs, automated sign-ups, or any manipulation of the program are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible termination. We may modify or discontinue any reward program at any time. Reward programs are void where prohibited by law and may not be available on all platforms.
7. Leaderboards & Challenges
Leaderboards and challenges rank members by activity points earned from their own workouts, meals, and steps, and are for motivation and friendly competition. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific challenge's rules, there are no entry fees or purchases required. We may adjust or remove scores obtained through manipulation.
8. Plans & Paid Features
Parts of the Service may be offered under free or paid plans. Prices, features, and availability may change. Where purchases are made through an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), the store's payment and refund terms apply.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party services (for example AI providers, analytics, wearable/health-data providers, and video streaming). Your use of features powered by those services is also subject to their applicable terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, including videos and music surfaced from third-party platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to ALQARAR SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of tracking data or AI-generated content, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calorie, step, sleep, and other measurements are estimates and may be inaccurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALQARAR SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, injury, or health outcome arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ALQARAR SPORT COACHING SERVICES L.L.C operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
